Port Stephens Images is a small business located in Corlette Port Stephens. Our production work is done in a small workshop in Redhead. We have a cooperative business model and work with House of Colour Newcastle, who provide many years of experience in glass and glazing products. We recently acquired a flatbed UV printer that prints images directly onto glass via a unique process ensuring maximum resolution and none of the bubbling, peeling or flaking that occurs with vinyl stickers.
The glass is thoroughly cleaned before a patented glass primer is applied that ensures the ink adheres to the glass after printing. The process is unique in Australia and follows an exhaustive testing process to find the most effective glass printing solution. The end result has to be seen to be believed.
We offer a free onsite quote process, that gives you the opportunity to view some samples of printed glass splashbacks.
Our free mockup service allows you to see a virtual scene in your kitchen to help you see how a particular scene will look in situ. This was in response to requests from our clients who wanted help in the decision-making process for their images.
We also work with other photographers and occasionally print images supplied by mobile phones. We can tell you from the outset whether a particular image is usable and this can make for a more personal design that the homeowner can take pride in.
Stephen Keating is the photographer behind Port Stephens Images. He has been photographing the Bay for the last seven years and prior to work spent many years working in film and television as an editor as well as teaching Television production at TAFE NSW Sydney Institute.
In 2001, Stephen was working on a project for National Geographic Channel which won a silver award at the Asia PMAA awards in Singapore. More recently Stephen was named Photographer of the year 2019 with the Tomaree Peninsula Photography Club.

Luke is our splashback installer. With over 20 years of experience in installing splashbacks including his own business in Townsville, Luke is a font of knowledge when it comes to bringing kitchens and bathrooms to life.
